Mandi Galloway Senior Staff Attorney

Mandi joined Gilbert in 2024. She is an accomplished legal professional with a diverse background in civil rights adjudication, e-discovery, real estate, and administrative law. Graduating with a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, Mandi brings over two decades of experience to the firm.

As a former civil rights adjudicator in Washington, DC, Mandi authored final reports on civil rights violations, leveraging a deep understanding of case law and policy precedents. Prior to this, she served as a senior legal consultant, providing critical support to litigation efforts through extensive legal research, analysis, and document review. Her expertise extends to mediation and other alternative dispute resolution methods. holding a certification from Howard University.

Throughout her career, Mandi has demonstrated a commitment to social justice and community service. From investigating discrimination cases as to providing legal counsel for nonprofit organizations dedicated to aiding at-risk children, her passion for advocacy shines through.

Mandi is admitted to the Maryland Bar. Beyond her legal pursuits, she enjoys gardening and acting in community theater.

REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS

Assisting in representing a bankruptcy trust in Chapter 11 bankruptcy and adversary proceedings to recover insurance proceeds for the benefit of personal injury claimants.

Facilitating current negotiations with carriers and related parties in significant asbestos bankruptcy matters.
