Gilbert Partner Heather Frazier to Speak at March 2 Perrin Mass Tort Litigation Conference

Gilbert LLP announced today that Heather Frazier, a firm partner, will appear at Perrin’s virtual Mass Tort Litigation Conference tomorrow, March 2, 2022.  Frazier will appear on the conference’s panel, “Bankruptcy in Mass Tort.”

Ms. Frazier’s practice focuses on insurance recovery for mass tort liabilities in bankruptcy proceedings, state and federal court litigation, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings across the country. She currently represents, as co-counsel, the Ad Hoc Committees of Governmental Entities seeking recovery from Purdue Pharma, Inc. and Mallinckrodt PLC for their roles in the national opioid crisis. Ms. Frazier also serves as special insurance counsel to the Talc Claimants Committee and the Future Claimants Representative in the Imerys bankruptcy and the Asbestos Claimants Committee in the Aldrich and Murray bankruptcies.
