Octavian joined the firm in 2023 and provides paralegal support to Gilbert LLP.  He has experience with, deposition preparation, document and policy review, legal research and managing client files. He assists case teams on a wide range of matters, including commercial insurance recovery, bankruptcy and pro bono matters such as prisoners’ rights and workplace discrimination.

Octavian earned his bachelor’s degrees in political science and African American Studies from Howard University.
