Sherley joined the firm in 2017 and brings broad experience in both paralegal and bankruptcy billing support to Gilbert LLP.  She has significant experience dealing with drafting pleadings, legal and factual research, deposition preparation, managing policy review, discovery, and trial preparation.

Sherley assists case teams on a wide range of matters, including complex civil litigation, mass tort, commercial insurance recovery, and bankruptcy.  She also assists on a wide range of pro bono matters, with deep experience in asylum and withholding of removal immigration proceedings.  Sherley, a native Spanish speaker, serves as an interpreter and translator in these matters.

Sherley also assists as a bankruptcy billing coordinator on a wide range of bankruptcy matters.

Sherley previously worked at Capital One in McLean, VA, and earned her bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from Florida State University.
